Workshop Description
This workshop offers empowering resources for trauma recovery and emotional well-being. Hannah Tosi (Clinical Social Worker, Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Crisis Counselor/Advocate) will guide a gentle sequence of trauma-informed yoga practices and therapeutic principles that can be implemented on and off the mat. This workshop will be anchored in present experience rather than processing our past using breathing practices, slow-flowing movements, yoga postures, and visualizations. We will explore methods of grounding and containment, choice and agency, and recovering/discovering rhythm. A resource list will be provided for continued study and support.
