Fractalfest 2023 Ambassador Program
Welcome to our Ambassador Program where we share all the details needed for having a successful promotional campaign. We are ecstatic to welcome you into the network of Fractilians spreading the gospel of the FutureFi. You are in the right place if you have ever felt inspired, welcomed or found community @ Fractalfest and wish to share that feeling with others. Please read through this entire page to get the full scope of the program and fill out the form at the end of the page to be involved.

Program Details
Each Ambassador receives:
→ A personalized ticket link to track how many tickets they’ve sold
→ A QR code corresponding to that link. These will be sent out w/ promo material to facilitate in person ticket sales
→ An invitation to the Fractalfest 2023 Ambassadors HQ FB page
→ Access to “Ambassador HQ” Google Drive folder. This contains easily accessible social media guides, past Fractaltribe photos, FF23 graphics, & other promo assets
→ Payment via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle and/or Fractalfest 2023 ticket(s) as outlined below in “Sales Incentives”
→ Fractalfest 2023 Ambassador Spotlight image
→ Ability for qualify for bonus $, FF23 merchandise, & other items
Sales Incentives
Bonuses:
💰 $10 Commission per unique ticket sold
🎽 #1 selling Ambassador receives (one) free Limited Edition Shirts (Large)
👕 #2-3 selling Ambassadors receive (one) free Fractalfest 2023 shirt
🍺 #4-5 selling Ambassadors receive (two) free drink tokens (must be 21+)
🧀 Ambassadors reaching Tier 2 receive an invitation to a VIP Cheese Tribe Soiree
Tiers | Ticket Sales | Incentives
Tier 1 → Sell 1-7 tickets – $10/ticket in tier 1
Tier 2 → Sell 8 tickets – 1 free Fractalfest 2023 ticket -OR- $210
Tier 3 → Sell 9-15 tickets - Tier 2 & $10/ticket in tier 3
Tier 4 → Sell 16 tickets – 2x free Fractalfest 2023 ticket -OR- $420
Tier 5 → Sell 17+ tickets - Tier 4 & $15/ticket in tier 5
Notes:
→ There is no upper limit to tickets able to be sold
→ Unique tickets are those sold to people who have never attended a Fractaltribe event before as defined by our previous attendee database
→ To assist in reaching ticket selling goals, ambassadors who distribute flyers/posters will receive QR code stickers directing to their links
→ Payment is sent (1) month post festival via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Those who accrue $600 or more must fill out our W-9 form before payment
→ For Tiers 2 & 4, Fractalfest ticket(s) info [Legal Name, Email, Phone #] must be submitted to ambassadors@fractaltribe.org by Thursday, August 17 @ 11:59pm
Guidelines
TERMS & Ambassador Rules:
I agree to be contacted by our community manager via email/phone. I can unsubscribe anytime by telling the manager I no longer want to be an ambassador.
I will not post about selling tickets on any of Fractaltribe/Fractalfest’s official social media pages, Fractaltribe Family FB Group, or other Fractaltribe event pages.
I will not publicly discuss selling tickets while tagging the event or by posting in any public places.
I will not create any pages which impersonate the event.
I will not sell tickets earned through promotion as a third party.
I will not share information about the structure of this group, incentives to other companies/street teams/ambassador programs.
I will not share privileged information or graphics ahead of release dates.
I agree to make at least one promotional post per week based on guidance of the promotional team lead.
I agree that acting in any manner that reflects poorly upon Fractaltribe/Fractalfest whether online or in person may nullify any incentives earned.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
→ Tell all of your friends that you are an Fractaltribe/ Fractalfest’s ambassador
→ Post this on your private social media channels (personal profiles and groups)
→ Promote the festival graphics & previous years photos to help sell tickets
→ Source promotional socials material from the Fractalfest 2023 Ambassadors HQ FB page/Ambassadors Google Drive folder
→ Send private messages to all of your friends telling them all about Fractaltribe/Fractalfest
→ Distribute flyers & posters containing your promoter QR code to events you attend
