Cromafor’s musical journey began with performing ambient music with modular synthesizers over a decade ago, and has since branched out into the study of gamelan and other musical traditions. They now create original electronic music drawing from a variety of global influences, combining disparate traditions with modern sound design into unique hybrid forms. The resulting compositions oscillate between a wide range of tempos and styles of psychedelic music, with an emphasis on interlocking rhythms and otherworldly textures.
