Ranch Guerra worked as a journalist and photographer/videographer for the better part of ten years, covering electronic production on behalf of the online music magazine he co-founded, LostinSound.org. During that time, he helped curate V/A compilation albums and distribute production and mixes via LIS, as well as via Street Ritual, the label & agency where he also operated as a booking agent. When the time came for him to move out of mixing casually as a DJ, he studied the craft alongside specialists who expanded his catalog, passion, and range to include variations of Dubstep, Techno, and House. No style or setting is off-limits, and he loves a good sunrise or wedding set.
