Dedicated to a lifetime of music, Saltus began his journey with the classical guitar at age 9, and progressed into rock & metal bands in his teens. Shortly after, he discovered his love for electronic music.
Saltus has always had a passion for storytelling, fantasy & sci-fi literature and gaming. As a dreamer and space cadet, music became a necessary outlet to explore and reflect. A lens through which to understand himself and the world.
Still today, these are the foundations and core values of his work. Saltus does not hesitate to share his story & exactly how he's feeling. Dark unbegrudging baselines & mood. Uplifting minor progressions with sweeping strings. Sentimental field recordings & foley laced underneath the track. Minimal drums & breaks. Whatever it is, it'll be true to the moment.
Saltus is also known for his role as artist manager for TRUTH, Deep Dark & Dangerous, Honeycomb, and more.
As well as earning a reputation as an event promoter via his outfits Rezinate & MASS EDMC, for producing high quality electronic music events throughout the United States since 2010.
